CalvertHealth Celebrates National Doctors’ Day on March 30
03/05/2021
At CalvertHealth, our doctors devote endless amounts of time and effort to ensure that our patients have the best possible experience and to advance patient care in our community. The past year has been unlike anything we’ve ever experienced, and through it all, your healthcare providers have been working hard to realize our mission of providing safe, high-quality health care and promoting wellness for a healthy community.
CalvertHealth President & CEO Dean Teague said, “Our vision is to make a difference in every life we touch and our providers have gone above and beyond when our community needed them the most. We have a lot to be proud of, but our providers’ resilience this past year is nothing short of inspiring.”
Fortunately, Doctors’ Day was created in 1933 for just that purpose – a special day to recognize and thank physicians for their commitment and dedication! In honor of National Doctors’ Day, on Tuesday, March 30, 2021, the CalvertHealth Foundation invites you to express your appreciation to the physicians who have touched your life in a meaningful way.
Anyone who would like to participate in CalvertHealth’s Doctors’ Day celebration can do so by making a donation of $5 or more to the CalvertHealth Foundation. The Foundation team will deliver a red carnation, the national symbol for Doctors’ Day, to your physician’s Calvert County office, informing them that you’ve made a thoughtful tribute in their honor. Although the amount of your gift is not shared, if you wish, you may also include your own words of appreciation.
All gifts to the CalvertHealth Foundation’s Doctors’ Day celebration are tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law. To learn more or make a donation, visit
