At CalvertHealth, we know access to your medical results is important to you. Providing the most up-to-date access in a secure, online environment is important to us.
That’s why CalvertHealth is making it even easier to access all of your medical records in one place.
Effective November 13, the MyCalvertHealth Patient Portal will provide 24/7 access to inpatient hospital records as well as specialty and primary care health information. That's right! Your CalvertHealth Medical Center and CalvertHealth Medical Group data will all be accessible in one convenient electronic health record.
The portal can be used to request an outpatient appointment, securely communicate with providers, refill prescriptions, manage appointments, access discharge information, view lab or exam results and much more.

Chrome is the preferred browser to access the portal. Internet Explorer is not recommended. However, you can view the portal from all browsers.

Important Information

- Access to the existing CalvertHealth Medical Group portal will become read/print only. You can continue to log into the Intelichart portal at any time to access or print your medical records, but no new information will be entered. Please keep your login information for this account in a safe place as your historical medical information will not be transferred over to the new portal. Click here to view old portal records.
- Enrollment in the new portal is not automatic for CalvertHealth Medical Group patients. You can easily self-enroll by clicking on the button above. If you already have a portal account with CalvertHealth Medical Center, no further action is required on your part! You will begin to see new CalvertHealth Medical Group records beginning November 13.
- To comply with HIPAA privacy laws for pediatric patients, parents of children aged 0-11 will automatically be provided proxy access to their child's account. For children 12 and older, each child must have an email account on file. They may also grant access to his or her parent.
