About CalvertHealth Primary Care

We want CalvertHealth patients to know we’re taking all necessary precautions to deliver safe care during this challenging time of COVID-19. In addition to our enhanced cleaning protocols, use of face masks and other PPE, we continue to encourage telemedicine visits and are offering limited in-office appointments. Our providers have designated in-office days. We encourage patients not to delay care and we are also proactively reaching out and responding to patient inquiries for testing and other health needs. In order to limit potential exposure for in-office or face-to-face visits we are utilizing a virtual waiting room, asking all patients to remain in their car until their scheduled visit time. Patients will be called on their cell phone for entry and directly rooming. We have instituted ‘Well’ and ‘Healthy’ hours to separate populations and prevent the spread of germs. We continue screening before and at the time of the service; we have currently paused portal scheduling and kiosk check-in all in the name of keeping everyone safe. We ask that patients call ahead to make an appointment before walking into the office.

If you think you may have been exposed, have developed symptoms, or are simply interested in being tested for COVID-19 – please call our office today. We are performing tests at all our offices or may recommend other available testing options to meet your need.
