CalvertHealth’s Patient & Family Advisory Council

CalvertHealth Medical Center is committed to improving the health and well-being of the communities we serve. One of the most important ways we do that is by listening to the voices of our patients and families.

The Patient & Family Advisory Council (PFAC) is a group of former patients, family members, and caregivers who partner with hospital leaders and staff to help improve the patient experience across our organization.

What Does the PFAC Do?
Members of the PFAC:

  • Share insights, feedback, and suggestions based on lived experience
  • Participate in discussions about patient care, safety, communication, and access
  • Provide a patient and family perspective on policies, programs, and initiatives
  • Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical teams throughout the hospital

PFAC members represent the voice of the patient in meaningful conversations with CalvertHealth medical staff and leadership.
